Description
Our Chinese Lions bring an authentic Chinese tradition to your special occasion with an impressive high-energy visual display that pays homage to China’s traditional lion dance. Brightly coloured, fun and highly memorable, guests will be delighted as our charming lion dances, moves and interacts.
The head of the lion can blink it’s eyelids which is supposed to enhance the lion’s vitality and longevity, along with the movement of it’s head and mouth. The tail of the lion sweeps away bad fortune and unpleasant things from last year.
Not just mesmerising to look at, our Chinese Lion Dancers also demonstrate an incredibly high-skill level as they perfectly execute a range of different traditional performances. The Lion Dance is performed by two performers, one at the head of the lion, the other at the tail of the lion – they combine music, history and kung fu moves to create a highly visual display.
Performance
Our Chinese Lions can be booked for both stage and roaming performances and will be happy to pose for photos with your guests. Perfect for cultural events, world celebrations, weddings, private events and more. An ideal performance option for Chinese New Year celebrations that want to embrace traditional Chinese Entertainment. For added wow factor our Chinese Dragons can be accompanied by our Chinese Dragons and musicians.
